Shipping policy

We print every journal to order. That keeps waste low and quality high. Here’s how and when your order ships.

Where we ship

  • United States only (for now).
  • Orders may ship from different US production partners depending on your address.

Production time

  • Made to order in 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Transit time

  • Standard shipping: typically 2–5 business days within the US.
  • Peak seasons and carrier delays can add a day or two.

Shipping times begin after production is complete.

Free shipping

  • Orders $30+ ship free (= Buy 2).
  • Under $30: rates are typically $5.99.

Split shipments

Multi-item orders may ship separately so you get what’s ready, faster. Each package gets its own tracking link.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and a package is returned or undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address for the cost of postage.

Late, lost, or damaged packages

  • If tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours or your order is past its estimated window, contact us—we’ll help investigate.
  • If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos within 30 days so we can make it right.

Order changes & cancellations

We start production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us within a few hours of purchase. Once printing begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
