Returns & Refunds Policy

We print every journal to order. That keeps waste low and quality high. Because of that, all sales are final except for manufacturing defects or carrier damage.

If there’s a problem with your order (defect/damage)

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—often without needing the item back.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short description of the issue

  3. Clear photos: the defect/damage, the whole item, and the shipping label/packaging

What counts as a defect/damage

  • Misprint, smudged/peeling ink, significant misalignment

  • Torn, bent, or otherwise damaged on arrival

  • Wrong item received

Small color shifts (≈ ±5–10%) and tiny print placement variance (≈ 1/8") can happen and aren’t considered defects.

Lost or late packages

Carriers sometimes miss scans. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours or your order is past the estimated delivery window, contact us—if it’s truly lost, we’ll replace it.

Missing but “Delivered”

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find the package, please check with neighbors/household and contact the carrier. We’ll help where we can, but replacements for post-delivery loss aren’t guaranteed.

Changes & cancellations

We start production fast. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within a few hours of purchase. Once printing begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.

Non-returnable / not eligible

  • Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind”

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Normal print variance as noted above

  • Wear & tear from use

Refunds (when applicable)

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks can take 3–10 business days to post the credit. If you haven’t received it after that window, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If there’s a defect/damage, we’ll replace the item with the same title; otherwise, please place a new order.
